AmpLoop 子どもの安全に関する基準（Child Safety Standards）

RUNTEC株式会社（以下「当社」）が提供するアプリ「AmpLoop」は、児童の性的虐待 および搾取（CSAE: Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation）を固く禁止します。

1. 禁止事項

当社は、AmpLoop 上での以下を含む一切の CSAE を明示的に禁止します。

• 児童（18歳未満）を対象とした、または児童が関与する性的なコンテンツの投稿・共有・送信
• 児童の性的虐待コンテンツ（CSAM）の保存・配布・リンク
• 児童に対するグルーミング、性的目的での接触・勧誘、性的脅迫（セクストーション）、人身取引
• 児童を性的に搾取・虐待・危険にさらすあらゆる行為

2. 違反への対応（CSAM への措置）

当社は、CSAM を認知した場合、関連法令および本基準に従い、速やかに当該コンテンツを 削除し、該当アカウントを停止し、適用される法律に基づき関係当局（日本の警察庁／ インターネット・ホットラインセンター（IHC）、および米国の National Center for Missing & Exploited Children（NCMEC）等）へ報告します。

3. 通報方法（アプリ内）

利用者は AmpLoop アプリ内から、児童の安全に関する懸念・違反を当社に通報できます。

• 各ユーザープロフィール／メッセージ／投稿の「通報」メニュー
• アプリ内の通報フォーム（児童の安全・性的搾取(CSAE)を含む理由を記載できます）

通報内容は当社の安全担当チームが確認し、適切に対応します。

AmpLoop Child Safety Standards

AmpLoop, provided by RUNTEC Inc. ("we"), strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

1. Prohibited conduct

We explicitly prohibit all CSAE on AmpLoop, including: sexual content involving minors (under 18); storing, distributing, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM); grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, and trafficking of minors; and any act that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.

2. Handling violations (CSAM)

Upon becoming aware of CSAM, we promptly remove the content, suspend the account, and report to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law, including Japan's authorities (NPA / Internet Hotline Center) and the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

3. In-app reporting

Users can report child-safety concerns without leaving the app, via the "Report" menu on user profiles, messages, and posts, and via the in-app report form (which accepts reasons including child safety / CSAE).
